I couldn't have been happier with the trail ride my friend and I enjoyed at Black Mustang. Gorgeous views, well trained horses, and amazing conversation with Monica, who is a brilliant soul and a great educator. I'll definitely be back!!

I’ve probably been on 200 trail rides in different countries and different states. Black Mustang Ranch is my favorite! Monica is a world class equestrian with many very fit horses that truly enjoy running those beautiful trails.

Awful person. And, my horse died after 3 months of boarding it at this place because one of her horses kicked him and caused a cut that got infected. She actually crushed my passion for horseback riding. I don’t need a response and I suggest you don’t. I have more stuff to share…

Great experience , Monica and her partner are the best trainers for new horse riders. Every penny is worth for this trail ride . Will recommend for anyone who wants a lifetime experience.

Had so much fun during my 2h ride today. Monica was an amazing guide who knows and loves what she is doing and me and my friend really enjoyed riding with her! The horses were also incredible and fit us well! I really recommend Black Mustang Ranch for anyone looking for great advanced trail rides!

Best trail ride in North Texas! location is perfect, only stable with direct access to the vast Ray Roberts Park - Jordan Section. Excellent horses. Experienced owner - Monica.

What a wonderful time! Monica took us on a beautiful morning ride for Father's Day. My husband's son and his girlfriend were in town to celebrate and enjoy a little bit of Texas. Monica picked the perfect horses for each rider and gave us appropriate instruction to have a safe and enjoyable time. Black Mustang Ranch was the highlight of everyone's weekend.

My family had a great time riding horses through the trails by the lake. I highly recommend this Ranch of horseback riding. Monica did a great job as our guide and it was a wonderful experience.

Monica and team was awesome. Best trail ride in north Texas area. The horses are not your typical trail ride horses. Very well trained pedigree horses with a beautiful landscaped trail that included a bald eagle perched high in huge tree overlooking the deer and the gorgeous lake Ray Roberts. This is a must ride.

Monica and Allen are amazing!! They took me on a 2 hour trail ride through the park which was gorgeous. They are fun, professional and have so much love for their horses! It’s clear they have a true passion and provide such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great ride! Came for my husbands birthday. Monica was very patient with my inexperience. but she was great at leading the ride and we had so much fun!
