They made sure everything was done in a timely manner, with the vehicle delivered ahead of schedule. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The staff nailed it, making a difficult situation more than bearable. One customer was beyond pleased with the repairs, and another was very satisfied with their work. The team handled everything from major repairs to buffing out scratches quickly, even doing extra work on the opposite side of the vehicle. The shop offers a lifetime warranty on all repairs. Customers would highly recommend the Caliber team to anyone in need.
