Employee Patrick greeted after I entered doorway right-away, was very kind. Asked if everything was well and checked me out quickly. Would visit again just to speak to them again(to ask for number), was very polite and started conversation with everyone in line. Wish more cashiers were available but besides that great service.

They're headquarters is in Tennessee and they think they can control the air conditioning no I'm not one of your employees I'm an actual customer and I was very uncomfortable in your franchise here is truly uncalled for to make your employees work in the heat especially in Texas.. I think of another people stay on top of you Dollar general multi-billion dollar company could get your s*** together

Wade was doing an excellent job this afternoon manning the checkout alone on April 29th at 3:15 pm. I picked up a delivery left here and he went above and beyond helping customers. He deserves to be awarded for his service and fantastic attitude to his customers.

Dirty, unorganized, and items aren't stocked. For registers are present, but all the self-checkout lanes are closed. There's always a line to check out. Frustrating.

This store has nothing but rude employees! They CONSTANTLY close hours early! There is only two nice people that work here. The lady had her dog and was giving us dirty looks after she closed down early, jumped in her vehicle and peeled out in the parking lot! Both lady employees! Now, mind you, it was 9:20 and my daughter came last week and they closed at 8:30!!!!

They lock up the doors five minutes before closing time and then look at you trying to come in when they are still open for business and pretend you don’t exist. I was going to be in and out in 1 minute to grab last minute milk I needed. Extremely unprofessional and selfish.

Went to the store to get milk and a few other items. When I went to get the milk I was stopped by a employee and told they were stocking that isle and I could not get any milk. Someone please tell me what them stocking had to do with me getting milk I have been in a thousand stores that were stocking and they did not stop me from getting what I needed. And the employees are rude to top it off. Will not be going back would rather drive a little farther then deal with stuff like that.

Wednesday May 24th and the pilot point store is closed at 9:50 pm. with multiple people still trying to get into the store, but it is locked up.Thank you DOLLAR GENERAL for being there for your customers.Will gladly go somewhere else like the others did. So disappointing.Youth of America. Lazy lazy lazy.

They don’t stay open until their posted closing time. Posted time is 10pm, better get there at 9pm at the latest if you want them to be open.

The wine man should be fired! The day after he comes all of the white wine is out of stock and the red wine hasn't been touched! He is costing the store a lot of money. Always out of white wine so I go to Brookshires. You need to fix the wine man or replace him! He is costing you a LOT of money!

It is usually in disarray. I've been in much nicer, bigger, better stocked, cleaner Dollar Generals. This one is close to home.

This dollar general is why dollar generals get a bad name. It's dirty, unorganized and not everything is for sale that is displayed in the store. Staff is also not that friendly, except for the one girl I dealt with. If you don't sell the product due to theft or fraud then take it off the shelf. I've given this store multiple opportunities including when they were constantly closing the store due to notes on the doors about registers not working. I've tried and I'm done. Go a couple miles down the road to the next one and it's how a store should run and look. I'll never go back to this s hole.
