Lancaster Ranch is one of the nicest horse training facilities I have ever visited. Not only is it a fully functional horse training ranch, it also has tremendous aesthetic and lifestyle appeal. An upscale working ranch that can also double as a luxury residential property. The residence on the property is a large, gated community, executive home transported to a ranch. With enough room for a family of four kids + two parents. The ranch is set up in a manner that allows for multiple activities to take place concurrently if desired. Cutting horse training or barrel racing in the indoor arena, free riding in the very large pasture, stalls and areas for breeding, and a large flat grassy area directly in front of the rodeo arena. Perfect for a staging area, parking, or more. Nice out buildings for the tractors and maintenance equipment. Residences for the caretakers and ranch hands and their families. A separate residence for the ranch foreman as well. The property can also be used to host large social events as well too. I have rode horses at the ranch, also rode dirt bikes, four wheelers, and more there. A great all-around facility that has multiple purposes in addition to the primary purpose of training and raising horses.

First and foremost, let me talk about the incredible horses at Lancaster Ranch. These majestic creatures are not only well-trained and beautifully cared for, but they also have the most friendly and gentle demeanors. Whether you're an experienced rider or a beginner like me, the ranch has horses suitable for all levels of expertise. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best.

My family and I had the best Fourth of July celebration at Lancaster Ranch! My son and I got the opportunity to ride horses together for the very first time. It’s a phenomenal facility and a very hospitable crew.
