If Disneyland was a western tack shop this would be it. I always tell myself "Oh I will just get a hoof pick" and end up leaving the store spending a lot more. The staff are helpful too and go above and beyond to make sure that you are helped at any given chance.

My husband and I came today to buy a saddle. I was really pleased with the service from the moment I walked through the door. I tried multiple saddles and ended up with a beautiful Paul Taylor barrel saddle for a great price.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ve spent quite a bit of money at this store. Today, I walked in the store with the intent to purchase 4 new saddles, Pads etc. but I was welcomed by terrible customer service! I’ve NEVER been to a “Pet supply” store that didn’t welcome a dog.Walking through a door to immediately hear “we don’t allow dogs, you need to take him outside immediately or leave” when you planned to spend well over $10K is extremely upsetting.I will not be coming back & Plan to spread the word of how horribly I was talked to! My business will be going to Teskeys & Jeff Smith Saddlery from now on

Prices are very good overall, and they have a good inventory which is why I go there. BUT they are terrible about returns, and the staff is mostly rude. I drive over an hour to get there, and they make it a big deal if ask for a restroom! Geez.

I called and was able to order exactly what I wanted in no time! The saddle was shipped the same day I purchased it and arrived in just 3 days. Everything was professionally packaged and the saddle is everything I had hoped for and more. Everyone at Paul Taylor that I spoke with was helpful and kind and made the process extremely easy. I have nothing but positive things to say and am grateful to have such a good experience when purchasing something that I will be using daily for my horses!
