So here we are 23 years with the same bank. I travel for a living and transfer money from my personal account into my business account as needed. On this occasion I drove from Dallas to Houston. I had around $800 come out for rent earlier in the day where I keep my rv in Houston. I purchased fuel and that evening before going grocery shopping I checked my account on the app around 5pm. I had a couple of hundred dollars showing positive. I purchased my groceries went to my rv and had a nice dinner. The next day I open the app and my account is negative. I transfer money to bring it positive. Well a day later I have two over draft charges totaling $66 for the gas and groceries. I call the bank and ask to speak to my account manager. She begins to tell she won't refund the charges. I asked to speak to her supervisor a Ms Jones. I politely ask her to have Ms Jones call me. My new account manger calls with great news the can approve one of the over drafts to be removed. Linda Jones called and understood what the problem was. She refunded all my money. Good Job!

I love this bank, it's not always an ideal situation but they always make it right!! They are 100% about customer service and I find that rare in todays times. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. Point Bank in Pilot Point is the BEST and so are the employees!!!!

Had the misfortune to work with them to close an account my deceased Uncle had with the bank. I am very thankful we were working with an attorney through the process as initially was told incorrect information about who was entitled to the funds. If you are in a similiar situation, seek legal advise if possible.

Terrible card activation services have to go 3 days without being able to have access to my bank account because they don’t have an automatic system to activate a debit card. Honestly come Tuesday I will not be banking here anymore so inconvenient.
