“I thought I'd add to the positive reviews because there seems to be a lot of negative ones, but I really don't think this place is that bad. I reached out to support about a package of mine that was forwarded and I was unsure of where it had went. Kristy quickly emailed me back and told me she would look into the matter. A few hours later I got a call from this post office, from who I assume was Kristy on the phone, explaining what had happened to my package. She then told me that she would make sure my package would be sent out with the carrier the following day, and she was right. The next day I received my missing package in the mailbox. Kristy was very polite, efficient, and great at communicating what had happened. :) I think there's some really good employees here who do not deserve to be brought down with the others.”

“I came in late in the day on a Friday and was helped immediately. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking at first for but the postwoman went to the back and quickly found what I needed. She was so kind and gave me advice for an easier shipment next time. Very good service!”
