Got a recall letter. Made an appointment. Drove a long way. Was told you didn’t have the part. Asked for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. UT and Dontae really took care of my family and I and made sure that we got everything we wanted in a vehicle. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible and were willing to work with us to achieve our ultimate end goal. Everyone at this dealership was as kind as could be. I recommend Platinum Ford North to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle.

Great service. I had a minor warranty fix for a power seat. Other Ford dealers in the area havr a two week wait just to look at it. Platinum Ford got me in and had it fixed same day. Friendly staff and knowledgeable service center.

We had a wonderful experience today purchasing a new F250. Serge was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cody made the financing straightforward and kept the ball rolling so we didn’t have to spend the whole day there! We would definitely recommend this dealership. Can’t say enough about how my experience was at Platinum Ford North , I was in the area from Canada and my truck needed recalls completed before i could permanently import it, was on a tight schedule and they got them all completed in one day and delivered my truck back to me :) Sam in service was exceptional from start to finish!
