I had a great experience at Twin Cities South Trailers. Seth is very personable, professional and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a new trailer, this is the place!

I tried twice to make business with them, once i wanted my trailer serviced and once i wanted to buy a part. They literally don’t want to earn any money, lazy and phlegmatic staff. No interest in helping me, i guess they can survive without customers

Don't waste your time with them. If you ever seen the movie Grumpy Old men, that's what you get. Burned out, un educated and fustrated with life. Find a dealership that's fresh and ready to earn your business.

Walked in to literally one guy on the phone with a very personal call, non business related.
The other guy was asleep at his desk.
I waited by the guy on the phone for 10 minutes. Then a man who didn't handle sales walked out from the back and I asked if he could help. He woke up the sleeping guy.
Then the sleeping guy asked what I was looking for. Told him and my budget. His response was "bless your heart".
Literally such a bad experience it was comical. Can't make this stuff up.

What an awful place. Tammy is the worst. There is a reason trailer prices keep dropping aka on sale….Tammy is the barrier to buyers dropping off money. She must like trailers on the lot more than money in the bank account. I wonder if she names them like pets?

Purchased a Featherlite trailer, which I LOVE, here and they are wonderful to work with. Have had some recent repairs done, mostly needed due to my own carelessness, & working with Ishmael is truly delightful. He gets the job done perfectly in the shortest time possible especially when parts need to be ordered. Thank you for employing such nice folks who provide great service!!!

Very happy with the 02 Elite 3 horse LQ trailer we purchased. The trailer is exactly as described in the photos and conversations. Our salesman David was great and worked hard to get the trailer to us in Indiana in time for a big show! We couldn’t be happier!

I (almost) bought a 2002 Elite LQ’s 3 horse trailer from Tammy and Gary, at Twin Cities Trailers…they were asking $34,500.00, and they wouldn’t budge on the price. The trailer actually sat on their property for weeks because of several financial deals falling through with other buyers before I bought it. Therefore, I believed them when they said they had gone through the trailer and checked over it and made sure everything was working properly and fixed the things that weren’t, just like they advertise. So, when I went to look at the trailer, i turned on a few lights to make sure the battery was charged, turned on the generator, which I should have looked at more closely, it smoked a lot! But! I never thought to fill the water tank, why it wasn’t full, I don't know!? But, I trusted them, that they had checked everything and all was in working order.Well, when I got home, I filled the water tank, turn the water pump on to turn on the faucets inside the LQ’s, and not only did the faucets not come on, water leak from everywhere. The water came out of the electrical box for the water pump, water came out of crevices, under the trailer, it was crazy! It eventually drained the water tank… How does a service department miss something like that!?! Especially if the trailer had been checked through??? One of the plugs for the electrical box outside the trailer for the hot water heater was completely stripped, it wouldn’t even screw in! At that point, I questioned if they really service the bearings and the brakes like they advertise!??Needless to say, I sent the trailer back and made the decision to not buy it. They are asking $34K, for a 2002 “ horse trailer, for that price, all these things should have been fixed!! And, fixed before I took the trailer off the lot and all the way home… they had plenty of time to fix these things, and they had the audacity to say that I rushed them through the sale!!? I filled out the credit app on a Thursday, and I didn’t pick it up until 3:30 the next day. Plus, it had been on their lot for weeks because two other financial deals had fallen through, so they hadn’t even gone through the trailer for those other two buyers! Very, very very disappointed. Awful, awful awful, I will never buy another trailer from Twin Cities again.

Talked with a salesman about a utility trailer and he said he had a trailer within our range. We drove the 45 minutes to get there and another salesman told us to go somewhere else. That's fine! We don't deal with rude people, period!

Flawless purchase of 3 horse, 2007 CM today! Tammy and the staff were great and the purchase couldn’t have gone better. Trailer was very clean and well represented. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!
