Says my items were delivered…. My mail is nowhere to be found it’s been 3 days… unprofessional 🤦♂️🤦♂️ honestly who are they hiring lol they suck. I’ve had so many problems with them. One time I ordered a 200$ jersey and they tossed it right by my fence and my puppy chewed it…they could’ve put it in the mailbox there was nothing in there…wow just wow

I just moved to Pilot Point and have already had two packages delivered to the wrong address or lost. Really bad service. I don't know if I can trust them with more deliveries.

The absolute worse post office I've ever dealt with. Says can't deliver when don't want to put in the box by the gate, has tossed packages right on the ground by mailbox on road. The lastest shoved package in mailbox instead of putting by the bigger box by gate. Absolutely lazy. We are still paying postage for these items. We often don't have a choice who a company ships through. If we did I can guarantee I wouldn't choose USPS.

I don’t understand their hours. They’re closed for LUNCH? And at 4:15? And on Saturday? Never have I ever!!Do they WANT to work?Either they’re a US Post Office or they’re not.They should just put a 24 /7 kiosk in the lobby. That does all the weighing, shipping labels, printing, stamps. Than the postal workers can just hide in the back and try to focus on getting the packages where they go.This review does not apply to the drivers.The drivers who come out to us are AWESOME!

Too lazy to look up a box holder name to reference box number to get a prescription delivered! Have held box 45 years!Person sent a costly set of important papers 2 day Priority, signature Required. Computer says out fir deliver 12 hours ago! Not at house yet but here in Pilot Point!

Terrible customer service. I had a fragile sticker on my package. The employee stares at it for a second than goes and just drops it in the bins..... Unacceptable

My text alert say my items were delivered to my front porch and they are not. Probably delivered to wrong place as usual
