Shady business practice. I signed a contract in November 2023 for a 7x15 unit for $82 a month. Without notice, beginning February 2024, they have increased my rate to $162 a month - almost DOUBLE what it was and I was told that's just the "market rate". Meanwhile the same unit on their website is going for $93/month. Would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Great customer service!!! I had requested the wrong unit online and went in to speak with them. Ariel was wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and gave the options and worked with me the whole time. She was very patient and understanding. Great job.

Came into get climate controlled storage. From the moment we opened the door Ariel was waiting to greet us. She was very nice and helpful on showing us different unit sizes. The property and office were clean. It was fast and easy. Glad we chose this storage.

I'm not very happy with this place right now. We've had 4 units for a year and a half due to an insurance claim. I've gone into my "temperature/ climate controlled" storage 3+ times recently, and it was warm and humid, not like the one I have in a separate area. I have complained to no avail. I will be emptying it as I have noticed what looks like mold growing in the hall. As I emptied one of my storage units, I noticed someone had poked a hole in it to see what I had...smh. We were told that we would be reimbursed at a prorated rate for the storage we emptied after 5-7 days. It's been over 2 weeks that they have held onto hundreds of our dollars...?
