When I was 8 (1995) I went with my dad to purchase the PM 500 S. I’m 38 now and I’m watching him grill on it as we speak. We did some math and think he’s up to 2400 uses. Solid product. Great people to deal with. Ordered a built-in grill eight years ago: 1/2 H Burner and 1|2 infrared. Shipped direct to Oklahoma, well packed and prompt delivery. Product works great, other than replacing ignitor it has worked like a champ. Also had a set of drawers and door made. AAA
