Horrible customer service, the white elderly lady was very rude and impatient, like they’re getting paid to serve us not to mistreat. Sadly it’s the only place to mail near home.

Bad customer service! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a representative who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. Her dismissive attitude and complete lack of empathy made a frustrating situation even worse. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I'm beyond disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. A smile and a little patience go a long way, but this blond old lady clearly missed that memo.

The gentleman in the front desk is super nice and respectful. On the other hand the blond lady super rude not even responds questions and passes and ignores people.

We went for passport walkin for ur newborn, they started early then the actual time. I really appreciate the hospitality of Ms. Pauline for initiating the appointments ahead of schedule time and Mr. Greg is friendly and patiently finished ur passport application and explained everything in detail. We are done in like 15min.
If u have everything ready u would be able to get it done in 15min.

Great experience! Paulina was an absolute help. She made sure we were taken care of in most professional manner. She took the time to explain to us the process to filling out our passport applications and patiently reviewed everything for accuracy. Couldn't be any better so 5 star!!!

A person can only take so much. Today was it for me. I’ve lived with misplaced mail in my box and my neighbor’s and crumpled up mail shoved in my box. But today, I had to deconstruct a package box because the delivery guy didn’t want to put it in a package bin. Or deliver it to my house. Y’all are lucky the package wasn’t something fragile.

The people that work in the post office are pretty nice; however, it just seems that no one wants to go over and beyond or just do their jobs. I have found keys that do not belong to me in my mailbox. I barely get any mail in my mailbox. I don't know what's going on with the entire postal service, especially, Tomball & Pinehurst.
I called about a package and instead of taking information, I'm told to wait until the next day. It took 3 to 4 calls before someone answered. The phone would ring so long that it disconnected 3 times.

Today I went to get my son's passport without an appointment, and Paulina helped me. She was extremely kind and professional; she really made my day easier. There really should be more people like her.

After looking through reviews, I set an appointment here for my son’s passport. It was a bit far from home, but I’ve had bad experiences with USPS and was nervous about it. The positive reviews here were accurate. All three postal workers there were kind and friendly. The family in front of us had a baby that was crying and uncooperative. Teresa was patient with them as they tried to calm the child down to take his picture. I believe the first lady that helped us was Paulina. All three of the staff there worked as a team, trying to get the people’s needs met. Most of us were there for passports, but the man at the counter was helping customers with packages/mailing. There was seldom a line for packages and the wait for that was short. I’m almost reluctant to share this positive review bc it’s such a charming little post office- I’d like to keep it to myself! I told them how pleasant the experience was and they said “we like our jobs here”. If every post office was like this one, the reputation of USPS would be greatly restored.
