So I have a prescription that I needed to fill, not having insurance at the moment, it was going to cost $123. The pharmacist gave me a website that is part of Walgreens. That gave me the cheapest coupon code to use. And I brought it the costs down almost a $100 to just at $25. Her giving me this information actually helped me out A LOT! That also shows the type of staff that Walgreens has - they care about their customers over anything. Sorry to all that like throw them under the bus over little things. Yall probably live unhappy lives and run to social media because someone didn't hold your hand. But this store is great - and I am running to social media to recognize the good people do. THANK YOU WALGREENS - ONE OF YOUR STAFF IN THE PHARMACY WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME SAVE $$$$ THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME!!!

Pharmacy employee very rude. I am glad I had nothing breakable since he just chunks my merchandise on counter. This is not the only Walgreens around. I will go to the one closer to me since they are quite as rude

My family if 4 went to Walgreens to get the flu vaccine and the pharmacist was very friendly and made getting a shot fun and not scary at all.. he interacted in a fun way with the kids and my husband and I. It was the best and fastest and efficient shot experience ever! Thank you Jim!! Super appreciate you! Every time we go to pick up prescriptions in Pinehurst Walgreens it is always a great experience! They truly care! Thank you!!

I guess the only thing I don't like is that walgreens is a pharmacy right? Why is the pharmacy part only open a portion of the day, while the store spans all open hours.

This 5 star review is for Jacob, who deserves 20 stars.
He helped me tonight print a few photos that I was needing for my son’s funeral. And Jacob, his kind beautiful soul sat and listened to my story while he helped walked me through the process of printing my photos.
I want to thank him for being so kind.
Walgreens you have an angel of an employee working for y’all.

Pharmacy is a train wreck. Pharmacist is tacky and rude. Call and check up on a prescription, and see for yourself how friendly these folks are. NO and I mean NO customer service. You're just in their way and know you need them kinda attitude.** They will refuse your prescriptions called in from your doctor if they don't have insurance on file. No call, no warning. ***

Apparentlyif they don't take your insurance and you use good rx they refuse to fill your medicines. They're allowing somebody that I Has a massive infection to go without pain medicine and gave every excuse as two why they don't have my medicines. They have have none of my meds. I have talked to other pharmacies and they said they do not know what that pharmacist is talking about he is not being truthful.. Walgreens should be exchanged of torturing their customers.I will be even sicker because I have none of my medicines. Time to get an attorney

Ordered my medication for pickup (self pay: 500$) said I had 2 weeks to pick it up, got there four days later, and they explained that I took too long (not sure how when it said I had two weeks to pick it up) so I had to repay for it, even though they had already taken the money out for it, it had taken 3 months for the money to get refunded into my account. Every time I come to pick up my medication it takes almost 30 minutes of waiting before I can receive it (yes it always “ready”) This is the only location that carries my medication sadly

I had an incredibly positive experience with Miss Dee at the photo department. I was in a rush to get passport photos before the post office closed, and Miss Dee went above and beyond to help me. Her willingness to go the extra mile, her positive attitude, and her attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Highly recommend the photo department at this location. Thanks Miss Dee!
