“I was referred here from a well established reputable shop since they didn't have the appropriate apparatus to do an alignment on my particular car. I arrived without notice, my car in tow. Despite having a full roster, they allowed me to leave my car so I wouldn't have to trailer it back when they could get to it next week. I was so glad they didn't tell me I would have to bring it later when they're ready. I hated to leave it in the way because I know the value of space in this environment. They also said they'll check all suspension components for safety and proper function. I'm feeling pretty good about it so far!”
