The best body shop I have ever used. From the moment I first talked to Andrew on the phone till I picked up my car after repairs were complete. Andrew dealt with insurance, kept me updated on repairs and accommodated my schedule. When I saw my finished car after repairs I was astonished. They were able to paint match my premium paint job perfectly. I don’t think I will ever use another body shop in Kerrville. Complete Collision is a definite must visit if you are in need of repairs!!

Andrew does absolutely great work and he made me feel like I had someone in my corner the whole time. My truck had been damaged by hail And my insurance company had given me the runaround, when I finally got my truck to Andrew he made sure that everything got handled. Great experience!

I was skeptical using a homegrown auto body repair shop opposed to the big chain outfits. Boy was I mistaken. These guys are totally awesome. I can't find the words to describe how professional and efficient they are. They were prompt, kept me informed and the end result was amazing. I was super happy with the outcome of their work. They're located a little off the beaten path, but it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without a second thought!!

I would recommend this shop to anyone. They did a phenomenal job on my car. The communication the entire time was fast and efficient. They’re very honest, nice and went over my options. Definitely the best experience I’ve had so far with vehicle repairs.

I was on I10 during the bad hail storm in March. I was driving a new car I had just gotten in December. My windshield was shattered, the hood of my car had so many dents in it (some of them very large), the metal trim around all of my windows was completely dented up. I was heartbroken because I couldn't believe how horrible my new car looked. I thought there was no way it would ever look good again. I read the reviews given for Complete Collision and decided to go see them. Andrew assured me he would make my car look brand new again. He is so detail oriented and found every little dent and ding that needed to be fixed. He kept me updated all along the way and told me he would not stop working on the car until it was perfect. I picked it up today and could not believe that it looked as good as it did when I drove it away from the dealership. Toll tag was saved, all of the driver assistance things were perfectly calibrated, the car was spotless. I cannot recommend Andrew and his company highly enough. I am so happy with the work he did and with the way my car looks. 11/10 Great job!

I hope I never damage my truck again but if I do Complete Collision is my now GO-TO-PLACE I will never go anywhere else. They were so patient with my insurance and me. They kept me I formed about everything even when my Insurance didn't. I will recommend Complete Collision to everyone I know and then some. Thank you for such great service and making my truck beautiful again in a timely matter.

Complete Collision is the best!!!!! Had major hail damage and broken glass that needed lots of repair. I was so fortunate to find this company! They not only are very friendly but put so much attention to detail! Even my insurance company complemented them on their estimates! I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need their services again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Great family owned business!!
