I had a fabulous time working with the amazing people at Country Accents and Backyard Bistro in the back had the best gumbo I have ever had!!! Please do yourself a favor and check out the INCREDIBLE antiques, butterfly garden, herb garden, farm to table restaurant (with Chef Aaron Gonzalez) and, if you’re lucky, say hi to Wilbur the potbellied pig and the flock of guinea hens! Also, if you’re looking for a great deal on a RV or a school bus, they have those too!!!!

It's expensive, but everywhere is. We didn't find anything we wanted. The pig scared my girl, so that made it good.

Wow! I am convinced one cannot find nicer people, with better integrity and passion for Americana and antiques. What a great find: Country Accents Antiques! My wife and I purchased a beautiful Diamond Dyes cabinet for a sitting room in our nineteenth century farmhouse. The piece nicely matches the decor and the era in which our historical home was built.Thank you, owner Ms. Eva Lee and colleague Ms. Sammi, for your superb selection and guidance, and for your laudable efforts to help us with our new, prized treasure. You did an amazing job, and you went the extra mile to accommodate us! We genuinely appreciate everything, and we sing your praises at every opportunity! We had the inspiring pleasure of working with true Americans, clearly from good stock and with sweet Southern Hospitality and respect. Thank you, again. We look forward to future business with our new friends.Tom & Kate

We love Country Accents Antiques and the owner Eva. ( also the pigs Wilbur and Templeton, but I am getting ahead of myself. There are unique pieces to start or complete your collection. Lots of fabulous Warren cabinets with drawers and cases of varying sizes, of general store cabinetry fame. Deals with American antiques and you will find great Americana pieces. Make sure you check the patio and all 3 buildings. Hungry? go to the Bistro - both the food and service is amazing. We live in San Antonio, but consider the drive well worth it to find such wonderful pieces to check out and adopt!

I moved from San Antonio many years ago but when I lived here this shop was a favorite because Eva, the owner has great prices and cool stuff. I always visit when I am back in the area, and today was my second visit in 2 years. Eva was on site and she is always willing to work with you for a sale. She has a nice indoor shop with a good variety of antiques and vintage. She likes to stock quality finds and it shows! Outside are some great yard art offerings and other kitschy stuff. I bought a metal cactus and a rusty roadrunner art piece, both made in Mexico. Eva offered them at 20% off! Those are going to my southwest loving mom back east There are several other buildings with offerings from vintage kitchen items to huge wooden store display pieces. I purchased a Royal Doulton figurine and the price was so good that when I saw this same item later today in another store, I paid 50% less and 75% less at Eva's. A little bisque doll head she gave me at 50%. Years ago I took a furniture item I bought from Eva to the Antiques Roadshow. The Keno brothers assessed its value at just over what Eva priced it so she knows the true value of what she has and she isn't jacking up the price. Eva buys all over the country so she brings the best variety to her Hill Country shop but stays true to the tastes of customers shopping in the Texas Hill Country. If you find yourself on the road to this business, stop in and treat yourself to a unique shopping experience and cool stuff.

Very unique & quality pieces that none, or very few of, your friends have! They had a 1920s workbench that they tailored so I could use it for my kitchen island/ workstation. Its solid craftsmanship & they matched the additions perfectly to the old wood. Everyone who sees it stops to check the entire thing out- every drawer & chopping board & seat.
