Always have to be worried if they're going to do their jobs right. We've had sooooo many issues with this Post Office in a very short amount of time and they act like it's our fault for their mistakes. It all started when we got a slip in our mailbox to pick up at the Post Office. When we showed up, Shane told us that the package was already picked up and that whoever picked it up used an ID to pick it up since they didn't have the slip. We we're both standing right there telling him that was impossible since niether one of us picked it up and we're hear with the slip to pick it up. He just kept saying the same thing and acted like we were at fault somehow.
Every since that incident, we've had issues with this Post Office. Back and forth blah blah blah. Purposely putting packages in the wrong mailbox now? Really? I'm sure that's our fault too. I'm on the phone on hold waiting to talk to USPS right this second to finally make a complaint because I'm tired of wondering when the next issue is going to happen and am I going to get mail anders packages. đ
Online notice stated that there was a notice left. I checked the mailbox right after I got the online notice. There was no notice left in the mailbox and can't checked with the Post Office until Monday because they're not open on Saturdays. I wonder if there's going to be another problem with another package and I'll have to call usps again to complain and get the Money owed for the contents of the package đ¤. It's 8/2/2025 and this is a add on post from about 10 days ago.
Showed up this morning without the slip that they we're supposed to put in MY mailbox. Got attitude from a lady who was in the mail room. I wasn't asked for ID. The guy just asked me address and last name and went back for the package and gave it to me. Wow! Anybody can pick up anybodies packages!
Now they're playing the game of withholding the online delivery notice so I won't know when it was delivered.

This mail service has really gotten to me. All because I called out a mail man who dropped someone's mail on the ground and drove off. And a few days later I got a package the person who drives white van came to my house and threw my package out in my drive way as I was walking out of my house my son and myself saw her so it

Staff is always great and fast inside, however the parking situation is terrible. There is probably 5 poorly marked parking spots and if its old person Mondays then a line quickly builds up in that parking lot. They need to reline the parking spots and figure out an overflow area. There's always at least 2 cars parked out front even though nobody is in line inside. The entire side of the post office states authorized personnel only so parking is limited to the front only.

Mary and A.J. are so friendly and helpful.the parking area isn't sufficient for the amount of people being served.

Again the post office fails to deliver my package!!! Decided to wait here at my mailbox to let my main person know Im here for my package so they don't leave me a note say "Sorry we missed you". Instead I get a text message saying notice left, insecure area!!!!! There's nobody here !!!! No attempt has been made to even deliver my package!!!! You're not even trying to deliver my package to me!!!! I just can not believe it, I'm appalled.
Also now you're closed on Saturdays so I can't even go pick it up myself!!! Ridiculous
Packages have been marked as "delivered" and "delivery attempted but front door or drive way was not accessible ".There is no gate! Nothing is blocking the driveway! No attempt was ever made because I have it on camera. No delivery was ever made. Been having to go and pick it up.

It's hard enough to find time to make it to this post office because of their hours, but then I get there at 8 am today Wednesday and the door was locked. I waited 10 minutes and still no one ever opened the doors. I had to leave I couldn't wait any longer. Poor service!

This post office is TERRIBLE!!! They don't deliver packages to the house, they are lazy, and the staff has an absolutely lazy and terrible attitude. The post office is a useless institution in the first place, and the simple fact that I cannot have a package delivered to my door highlights this fact. The USPS sucks in general, but this particular post office is the absolute WORST I have ever experienced in my life. Whatever they are getting paid, it is a crime against the American taxpayer.

Horrible service since new contractor took my route. Wonât deliver to my gate, which is within distance requirements. âPost Masterâ doesnât care about the poor service . Says he has other things to do than hold his contractors accountable. That place needs an overhaul.

Pike Creek Post Office has a great staff, and some of the friendliest people I know! Melin was our mail carrier and she did a fantastic job and I really appreciate all the things she did for us!

Our USPS carrier (Nidia) is excellent. She is very conscientious and ensures our mail is placed inside the gate and bagged if rain is expected. She is always pleasant and friendly.

Our mail carrier is the best, Nidia Figueroa, our mail is delivered in a timely manner and our packages are placed inside our fence.
