The young hispanic lady with her hair up at the cash register was very sweet and helpful with my e-coupons. I'm an older guy and sometimes these things confuse me. Thank you!

It’s getting worse each time I go in there, I was in there on Sunday, we had to bag everything, sometimes the cashier tries to help, she didn’t bag one thing! She turned the bags towards us to do, she had long dark hair and was wearing a managers outfit, in the past the managers usually get in there and do the most, but not her. Maybe she was tired, but if we are gonna have to pay the higher prices for having our food bagged and taken out, it should be! At Aldi at least you know, Brookshire’s is convenient but, this is ridiculous! Step up your game or we won’t be back! We will drive to Aldi every time and so will others I know!

Store needs more help in the Deli! Waited for 15 minutes after work to get fried chicken, only had wings and legs and no one would answer woman working deli counter on how long for chicken! I previously worked at Kroger in the deli and at dinner time we ALWAYS had plenty of fried chicken ready, last time I came in young women that waited on had an attitude! I'm done with Pittsburg Brookshires
