This review is specifically in reference to the employee CODY only, no one else.
I called in about a serious security issue on my account after speaking with corporate, to ensure that they are aware at my local cricket store of the security issue.
Cody took the time to explain their policy on ID’ing everyone who comes in before allowing them any access to an account to ensure they are an authorized user and that if they are not they will be turned away and not given any information.
Going beyond that, he ensured me that at this specific location, I will never have to worry about someone accessing my account who is not authorized.
He was kind and helpful and understanding.
10/10 recommended this store in PITTSBURG TX!
I DO NOT recommend ever using the Mount Pleasant Texas Location.

The young man that helped me was awesome my husband needed a new phone and he transferred everything over he was terrific I will go back there again

Had holiday hours listed on door for Christmas Eve to be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. . I called and double-checked with the clerk to make sure they would be open until 5:00 and she assured me they would be there. I arrived at 3:45 and the door was locked and they were closed!
