Had a late doctor's appointment, so our prescriptions weren't even called in until around 6:30, but we were in & out of CVS before 7, & the young man that waited on us was absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Was able to pick up my prescription in under 10 minutes and was helped find additional items in the store I needed. I completely agree with the rating on Google, this location deserves 5 Stars!!!

December 2019 by Michael B.
I visited CVS in Pittsburg Texas 12/20/2019 looking for cold medicine. I decided on Alka-Seltzer Cold & Flu mainly because of buy 1 get one 1/2 price. I proceeded to checkout in front of store and was told by cashier Demetria that offer was only good with CVS card. I didn't have a card, so I asked for one. Cashier said I had to give her my phone number or email to get a CVS card. I voiced my opinion that I didn't think it was fair to ONLY offer sales or discounts to people that had either of those. I explained that some older people have no use for computers nor emails. Some don't have phones. She again stated that unless I have one of the two, I could not get a CVS card. I asked for a Manager to express my concerns. Nether female came to register, identifying herself as Crystal, who repeated the same to me as previous cahier had. I repeated to her same thing I told 1st cashier. She said that if I didn't have an email or phone numbers, she would not issue a CVS card either. I then asked for corporate number to express my concerns to them on this policy and to complain about both cashiers attitudes. Both were very unhelpful on this issue and I saw neither one of them smile at any point. It was like I was bothering them while I was trying to make a purchase. I told Crystal that she could either sell me the product or I would just go down the street and purchase the product for other store with no hassle. She reached in a bag of cards and inserted one in their system and sold me the medicine for the discount. So in the end they can offer a product without my email or phone number. If this is true, why couldn't we have not wasted 20 minutes like we did and swipe a card when I first came in and I could have been in and out in 2 minutes? Horrible customer service from front of this store. I called CVS corporate as soon as I got back in vehicle. After about a 10 minute hold, listening to a recorded message on how due to the large volume of calls coming in, my wait would be long, a customer service agent finally answered. I explained the whole process above to her and she said I did not have to have a email nor a phone number to get a CVS card, that if just helped them keep up with my purchases and me get my rewards. I explained to her that I did not want to be kept up with and I never use rewards, just want to purchase products at same price anyone else with a card can get them for. She said she would forward all this to the District manager. I asked for her to let the District manager know I wanted to speak with them. As of this date, no one has called me back.
