About Exxon
Exxon has experienced a decline in safety and atmosphere over the past few months. During the early part of the day, it is generally okay, aside from occasional panhandling. However, later in the day and after dark, loud music and an unsafe vibe are noticeable. The overall environment has worsened recently, making it less comfortable and more concerning for visitors.

It's gone downhill in the last several months. Not too bad early in the day except for the occasional panhandling. Later in the day and after dark, it's a different story. Loud music and it gives off unsafe vibe.
