Went into the store to have the labor claim processed after receiving the wrong parts at another store. the manager (Matthew) wasted my time pretending that he was unfamiliar with the form, but knew a great deal about it. He took my receipt to make a copy, 5 minutes later, no copy, and no Matthew. Another employee (Taylor) was asked to go and get my receipt. Terrible customer service and no professionalism.

Kevin the Assistant mgr provided impeccable customer service made sure I was adequately equipped with all I needed for the tasks at hand. We were in town on business and our battery started going out, and one of our wipers went haywire. Stopped in here based on the recommendation of someone local to the area. Kevin initially helped us and then turned us over to Taylor. Taylor was friendly and knowledgeable. He swapped out the battery in no time, and immediately identified our wiper issue as a loose bolt (something we never would have figured out on our own). Highly recommend both this location and Taylor! Thank you!

On a long road trip and the alternator went out. Kevin was amazing. Very friendly, and extremely helpful. We were able to pull to the side of the store and get it switched out. Nate came out and made sure we were doing well and helped with the core exchange. It wasn't exactly the stop we had planned but glad it happened near this store!

My car battery had been acting up for awhile and so I went in to ask if they could check it out for me. Taylor was glad to help without any hesitation at all. He was totally understanding and really knowledgeable. I recommend seeing Taylor because he was outstanding and went above and beyond his job! O'Reilly's is my go to for my vehicle needs? Thanks Taylor for being kind and helpful.
