If you want blatant lies, customer service at its lowest, being strung along, a chip on the shoulder approach, eye-rolls with a lazy attitude, go see R & R Marine. I’ve been in customer service my entire career and have never experienced such disregard to capture and maintain a future relationship. This is called “sales prevention,” and why companies fail. Makes me wonder why they lost Steve.

Fast service, quality service, great customer service, fair pricing. We don't normally get all four of these, but I did at R&R this week. My boat was stranded at the dock and these guys came out the same day, trailered it to their shop, knew exactly what was wrong, repaired it while I ate lunch, and then returned it to my slip. All that, and they didn't break the bank. You can't ask for anything more. Great job R&R!

Wow...
I dropped my boat off to get serviced while I was going to be in the woods for opening weekend for deer. I got a call the very next morning that she was ready for another year! Guess I can sneak in a couple more days of fishing before I hit the woods.

Been using R&R since 2016 when I purchased my first BassCat. Steve and the guys have always taken great care of me. Once I was having issue with my hole shot. Steve went to the lake with me, brought 3 different props and he found the right prop with the right position of my hydraulic jack plate. Not many shops would have that kind of service. I’ve since purchased a Skeeter and he’s kept the Bug healthy & clean. Recently I’ve recommended two other friends to R&R. It’s an awesome feeling when your duddies call and say how outstanding Steve and the folks are at R&R. I live in DFW and never hesitate to make the drive to see my guys at R&R. No matter where you live, you won’t regret the drive to R&R, they are top notch!

Bad business! I had my 2001 Chapparral signature 240 to get serviced at this shop, was quoted $600 for tuneup ,said it would take two weeks to get to it my boat, my boat was returned to me 2 1/2 months later and was told my motor had water in the oil and offered to fix it with a high price, I told them nothing is wrong with my boat I just got off the lake the day I dropped it off.
My I took my boat on the lake many times since then and there’s no water in my oil at all.
Dishonesty business stay away from them!
