My mother after 30+ years went in to get her hair cut and color and she is so happy with this decision. I have not seen her smile this much since my dad passed away. Thank you to the young lady that did her hair and made her feel so confident and happy.

Im going to be very honest, I don’t ever leave reviews. But I think this is necessary for future ladies that are looking for a new stylist.
I was expecting high quality experience at this new luxurious location salon. I’m giving the experience a 3 because it wasn’t too horrible.
But, I wanted to get my hair colored one solid color, I made an appointment for a consultation with Chloe Bahhur, showed inspo pics and she said “definitely can do that”. We scheduled the appointment for a week later because she said she had to order my color. So a week later my appointment comes, I sit and she asks if I want my roots covered or keep it dark how it is, (mind you I want a full color no roots to be shown). She told me that she will try to blend it because she doesn’t have a high processing color that will do that. I decided to keep on with the appointment since I really need my hair done for an upcoming event. She then proceeded to take me to the shampoo bowl area and do my color there since she said it’s “much easier and faster”. As soon as color came onto my hair I could feel color flying across and landing on my face. She apparently didn’t notice and left me there for 10 minutes until she came back to check and I told her about the color on my face and couldn’t take it off. She just apologized, but offered no solution. Once back to her chair she kept apologizing for the color on my face (keep in mind it’s not a small amount of color, everyone at the salon could clearly see how much color I had on my face), I told her if she can find something for my face because I don’t want to walk out with color on my face and cheek. Mind you no one else in the salon has hair color on their faces, their stylist looked organized and confident. Of course I didn’t want to make her feel bad so I just kept on with the service until finished, but I was upset because the color was still on my face just slightly less after another girl brought a makeup remover wipe. In all honesty I could’ve just bought box hair color and done it at home if I didn’t mind having dark color on my face. Anyways, end result was my hair color is okay but not fully covered from roots. Paid $110 for this service that lasted literally 30 minutes and still left her a tip. She’s a nice girl but definitely recommend for her to do the consultations better and in detail not in 3 minutes, and also if doing color at the bowl area, check your work so clients don’t have dark color on their faces. The salon itself- beautiful and luxurious, the service- poor!

Estela is a great massage therapist! I’ve been looking for a new one since moving to this area and I am so lucky to have found one right here in Pittsburg! She’s super professional and actually knows how the body connects to bring much needed relief! Also, cupping…WOW! That really enhanced the relief and I’ll be adding it every time! Finally found my MT and no more driving to Tyler or Dallas!!! Thank you!!

Luxury Spacious Spa. Haley did my Luxury Pedicure, complete with hot wax and lower leg massage. It was the best pedicure in the camp/titus county area I've had in 6 years.

SKYE is an amazing hair stylist! I was worried when I moved it would be hard to find someone. So glad we connected a few weeks ago. This Salon has it all as well. I can't wait to try the Hair Spa!

I wish I didn’t have to give this place one star . I contacted them about a hair appointment. We spoke through text and she asked me if I wanted a certain time, and I replied yes. I showed up at the appointed time they Failed to finalize my appointment .Then they rescheduled me and didn’t even show up for that!!!! Sit outside the store and wait for 10 minutes and no one came. Very poor management skills.

Id like to give a shout out to Skye. I'm so happy with my hair after she is done with it. Always friendly service. They have unlimited tans for $45 a month. Nice hometown service.

I've been here once before to get eyelash extensions and have to say that it was really great, however, I went for my first hair appointment here and it was a disaster from the beginning. I gave three stars because I don't think the place is bad overall but I made a hair appointment with Sarah and, with the experience I had with her specifically, I'd give her 1 star. A few hours before the appointment she asked me to reschedule the following day. I had scheduled to get my extensions removed as well as a cut and color. After she removed my extensions she seemed to be done with me so I asked about the cut and color and she told me that I had asked about a color that she doesn't do so she completely changed my appointment, without asking or telling me, and booked someone right after me. She could have asked me if I wanted something else or if I still wanted the other services, but no. Since I have had the extensions in for months my hair was a wreck so me, not wanting to leave a complete mess, asked if she'd still be willing to cut it and she did. I had asked for layers which she ignored and I had to remind her, she then took three sections of my hair and pretended to give me layers, which she did not and I just let it go because I was so ready to leave. I'd go back again but I personally won't be going to her for anything.Services: Eyelash extensions
