Based on the reviews, UT Health Pittsburg has a staff that is especially professional, friendly, and courteous. The ER staff are awesome, very professional yet down to earth. The staff ran blood tests quickly and the results were available the next day. The place runs smoothly and on time, using buzzers like in restaurants. Staff attended to every need and checked on patients multiple times. The only problem encountered is a lack of understanding on how to process Medicare and supplemental insurance claims. Overall, the staff was friendly, did a great job, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional.

The person at the check in desk was very professional and friendly took care of my needs right away.

Staff is especially professional, they ran my blood test quickly and the results were available the next day! All were friendly and professional.
The only problem encountered at this facility is the lack of understanding on how to process Medicare / supplemental insurance claims.
