Based on the reviews, UT Health Pittsburg has a staff that is especially professional, friendly, and courteous. The ER staff are awesome, very professional yet down to earth. The staff ran blood tests quickly and the results were available the next day. The place runs smoothly and on time, using buzzers like in restaurants. Staff attended to every need and checked on patients multiple times. The only problem encountered is a lack of understanding on how to process Medicare and supplemental insurance claims. Overall, the staff was friendly, did a great job, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional.

Very pleased with how well they took care of my daughter from beginning to end of removal of tonsils and adenoids. The whole staff was absolutely pleasant, attentive and made us feel very comfortable through the process!
