Broke down on the road before plains last night-flat tire and the non-English speaking agent answering from overseas for USAA told me I’m in the wrong part of Texas because they only send tow trucks to cities and no rural, then cancelled my roadside service request and never bothered to check on me that I was okay. Called this shop and left a voicemail, got a call back and a rescue with fix a flat and air, made it to the next town down the road where I spent the night in my car waiting for something to open. Angels we have met unaware. May God open up the floodgates of heaven for these everyday heroes.
