I travel around the country. I’ve been to a fair number of Anytime fitness. Some are great and some are not. This one kind of falls in the middle. I was a little bit skeptical about the Star Trec equipment. But surprisingly a lot of that stuff had a nice feel to it. Where I saw some shortcomings was the quality of equipment and the general cleanliness of the place there’s a lot of benches that were torn. They have a funky Smith machine that kind of moves around. Seems like a lot of the pads could be replaced. I think my biggest gripe is the bathroom. The men’s shower room was pretty disgusting. I imagine the toilet has its moments and I just caught it at a bad time, but the shower itself could use some anti-mildew spray and a good scrubbing and everything such as the slip pad and the shower curtain could be replace. Those things come at minimal cost, and you can literally walk across the parking lot at Walmart to get them. There’s no reason for there to be any kind of mildew buildup hair and there’s no reason to have a disgusting shower curtain that you didn’t even wanna touch also it smelled like pee. These are simple fixes so they are really frustrating to me.

Decade+ Anytime member from out-of-state. I enjoy the gym concept as I dont have to worry about making it in time before the gym closes especially when I travel, and if your the type trying to avoid people Anytime is a great way to do so! *That said* having dropped into many Anytime gyms over the years, this one stands out by leaps and bounds above the rest!
The management definitely is hands on here, not just cleanliness and functioning equipment but clearly actively involvement with the members, precision upkeep of facilities giving their members (and those that drop in) the best chance for a worry-free workout. As a fellow business owner, I appreciate the care it must take behind the scenes- and it’s refreshing!

Only gym that’s open 24 hours in the area but sad when you come in to do a leg day and the guy from the office has both areas that you do squats occupied so no one else can use them. I had to leave and go to Lubbock just to do a leg day

Worst anytime I’ve been to in my life. Walked in. No music. There’s like 4 machines. People don’t share machines there. Gym is not worth working out in. Went to planet instead. And who does that

Was glad to find this facility while traveling through Plainview. Appreciated the welcoming environment and breadth of equipment available. The music was a tich loud.
