This place is an absolute joke! One Employee at 2pm on a Wednesday who had their son at the store with them. My husband came yesterday and was sold a new Android phone and 2 apple watches. Was assured that the apple watches did not have to have an I phone and would work without one. Not knowing any better he believed them and that is a joke. He drove 30 min back to the store and was here 15 minutes before closing, watched them lock the door and not answer. I sat in store over 30 minutes without being even acknowledged today. If there were any other options I would never use this store. Debating getting rid of my entire Att plan over this. Was literally told to go to Verizon by their staff!

I went in to get my iPad fixed and the associate, Mari, was SO HIGH I couldn’t even see her eyes, and I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. The problem was NOT solved and the information she gave me was incorrect (I know because I returned the next day)

I will never do business with at &t again. I make My payments ahead of time and they suspend my service so I can pay again and I argue with them and poir customer service. I would not recommend them fr phone service.
