Very very rude and service was terrible. I had purchased three parts from them and they gave me the wrong part and I had to go back and exchange it for the correct part and it took 3 to 5 business days for me to receive that refund and then another part they had to order and I went back multiple times and part never showed up and employee was rude to my mother and I about it and yelled at us and embarrassed us in front of other customers then they yelled at me to take them my care to put refund back on it and I still have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive that refund also

Just me & 2 other customers. Employees were attentive. I was immediately greeted upon walking in. While I was reading labels trying to decide between different car cleaning products, another friendly employee asked if he could be of any help. After paying for my item I noticed the BOGO on Techron and said "Man, that's a great deal. I wish I had noticed it." The cashier replied "You just did. I'd jump on it if I were you. The sale is for limited time only. Plus with your rewards card, in addition to the BOGO, you'll also get $2 in Autozone Rewards. It's a no brainer." I love that place!

too bad I can't give a negative star.. rude employees..no greeting.. not even a thank you.. stood and watched in line as a frustrated customer ahead of me did not get the help he needed.. just felt like he was just being dismissed by the worker..was it a language barrier? possibly..but that doesn't leave grounds for him to be rude like he was.. The other manager just stood there. What has happened to this store? I remember the employees being helpful and friendly..outgoing with the customers..uniforms nice and neat.. now .. sad to say that time is gone. So disappointed in how my visit went.. your store needs a overhaul on attitude..appearance and customer service to say the very least of it. Was my problem resolved? yeah i got a giftcard i will never use . Thanks a lot.

I asked 2 guys for help they just pointed down aisle four I couldn't find it so I asked again they said the same thing. I forgot to mention it was only me and one more customer.

The manager on duty on Saturday, May 7th was extremely rude and threatening! I was attempting to help the young sales clerk find parts that I had some of but not enough and returned today for more- so I know where they were located. At this point the manager handed me his badge and said “if you are going to do it take this” and then said that he was the professional! And he didn’t have to sell me anything!! I apologized to the young clerk and left. I hope this isn’t the actions you condone from your employees. The store is located in Plainview Texas.

Hadn't been in here for years. Had to come in for a small fuel filter and couldn't find it. Asked the employee and they pointed me to the exact location. Keep up the good work!
