Merchandise is junk ! Tried to return a battery item had gotten the day before but used their offered coupon and she just said “ I’m sorry but u used the coupon so u lose the coupon” so nothing back . Bad merchandising company.

My daughter and I were assisted by Jessica today…we were in and out way quicker than I expected and even though I had an odd request Jessica went above and beyond for us! We couldn’t be happier with the service ❤️

I received terrible service here. I waited in line around 20 minutes for a manager to come assist a lady in front of me. Finally the cashier went to the back to get the manager who was supposedly interviewing a potential employee. As they made their way to the front in absolutely no rush despite the now very crowded line. The manager was dress very unprofessional sporting ripped jeans and a tight low cut shirt which made her tattoos very visible. She then took quite a while helping the cashier while we were all impatiently waiting to be checked out.

I horrible service at the Bealls in Plainview.
I was in line for about 20 minutes waiting on a manager to come and over right something for the women ahead of me. The manager finally came from the backroom walking in no hurry to help the many customers waiting on her. To add to that she was dressed completely inappropriately wearing a low cut shirt and her hair falling out of her claw clip.
