The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 of the vacuums I went to didn’t work, and it didn't clean the doors completely. But the overall experience was good. Friendly workers as well.

Never going back to this car wash . Not only did I pay $25 for the best they have and it looked the same once I came out . So I ran it through 1 more time thinking okay this has to come out better . NOPE ..... They need to update date there system

My wife was charged $24 when it should've been $18. Guy behind the counter said he'd made a mistake and put the $24 back on her card. Then charged the $18. Her mistake was not getting the receipt for the $24. I went over and was told I'd have to call corporate. Called corporate they said I had to go back to the store. Told them they told me to go to corporate. Was told to screenshot the deducted $24 on my bank account, which I did. Was told they'd look into it. That's been going on 6 weeks ago. Crickets.....

So many times I have gone to get a wash and they are closed. Just this morning, it’s 70 degrees outside at 10 a.m. and nobody is there. I am most likely going to cancel my wash subscription and go somewhere else from now on.

Driver side blowers don't work on the car wash and haven't worked in a LONG time. Owners are either cheap or lazy for not fixing this problem yet. There was a time when they had people drying cars when they exit but that stopped a long time ago too. Poorly maintained and managed.

Please stop charging for the service!!! I suspended it 1 month ago and they keep charging me. It can't be. Please take action! I keep asking that they not charge me. It is an abuse that they do not eliminate the automatic payment. It's a robbery.

Maintenance issues ...
Blowers on driver side do not work. They have been doing a poor job of cleaning bugs off grill and they do not spray the passenger side.
