Talking with Kisha about the phones and deals they have. With her great customer service and prices I'm thing about switching over. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I asked. Service like that is hard to find now a days.

Everytime I go in to ask a question the manager is always rude and definitely shouldn't be a manager nobody there even knows anything I feel like I should also switch service as well if this is how they are going to treat people but I am not going to switch because I don't have the money at the moment but I do love the service that cricket wireless has and provides but the workers are what needs to change horrible customer service

The worst staff that has ever served me, I really think that for the other one I'm going to go to Lubbock to pay if the phone service doesn't work, the employees stand up as if they were doing you a favor or if they were working hard, Melissa G took care of me and in Honestly, I won't go back to the store that out of three occasions, only one of them gave me regular service.
