This CVS receives mixed reviews regarding customer service. Some staff members are noted as very helpful, friendly, and going above and beyond to assist customers in finding items. Their attentiveness to safety and great personality are appreciated. However, other experiences are negative, citing a very rude pharmacist and an automated phone system that frustrates customers who wish to speak to someone directly. The service quality appears to depend significantly on which employee is encountered.
The cashier at the window was very helpful in letting us know not to take 2 new medications together, I appreciated her attentiveness to her job and our safety.

Absolutely despise the fact that I can’t speak to anyone in the pharmacy in the phone this automated system SUCKS!!!!!!!! What happened to customer service

I was able to find CVS on Google no problem but when I called the pharmacist was very very rude to me and hung up on me. I know everyone works short handed and are stressed but the customer should be treated with respect and polite. I
