  Been at the store in Plainview ,tx twice this week and the woman there Rena I think is her name, has this bad attitude a friend and I decided to take our business somewhere, she got mad because a summer dress I looked at was at another rack ( same rack I found it ) other than clearance ,she asked me in a very rude manner if, I was going to buy it , first of all dress had a factory defect ,obviously if I didnt have it with me ,I wasn't going to buy it and it wasn't my job but hers to put it back , my friend and I , have a better experience at Catos and Bealls today , not going back there as long she is there 😟

  I love the clothes but I lost my receipt I never lose receipts if you know me you know 1099 is no joke. So if you know you know receipts mean alot. So I decided to keep half the stuff and return the other because they were to big. So then I call and I’m told I need the receipts or tags they have tags. But unfortunately it was a bad experience all around. So don’t ever receipts off you can help it. Because that was a bad experience some people work well with it and some don’t. Specially when they do it for their friends and family, and get away with it

  I was just in there to waist time, and see what was in stock, but had the most awesome time visiting with the lady working there, and looking. Great place!!The people that work there really puts this store on the map!!!!

  Drove from out of town just to get here and be told yall are closing early because you had inventory to do,if your store hours state that you don't close till 7 then you shouldn't close till that time
