I've been with this bank for 10 plus years and the employees have always been helpful and friendly and nice! They are easy to talk to and they even have bilingual employees! It's a great bank and the employees are very professional! They make you feel at home!

Leo at customer service !!! Was amazing ! Tyvm buddie..! U did what 3 phones calls with foreign women with attitudes couldn't/ didn't.
⚠️ HOWEVER I DO NOTTTT RECOMMEND THIS BANK
their zelle sucks to send money. Takes forever no depositing cash in ATM. Huge problems with online check cashing.
It all bad really. And they are not a tier one bank. And that's where you should go. Wells Fargo, citygroup, PNC, B of A,jp morgan, Goldman sacks... ur welcome

We had many bills associated with my mom's death. We sold her house and the funds from the sale were verified but they still won't give us OUR money. Are they going to pay our bills? It's funny that their name is First Convenience Bank because there is nothing convenient about this bank. I am disabled and since it is in Walmart there isn't a drive thru. I have been trying to get my husband to change banks for years. He is so mad that we are in the process of changing banks. Thanks for nothing First Convenience.

Why did joel walk off when he was done with his customer instead of helping next person in line and didnt come out of office till jasmine was helping me and mgr also never said i can help next person...she should of told her employee something instead of conversating but they'll have an excuse. Just like last time it took twice as long for me to pay bill cuz shes helping him buy pet insurance while hes on the clock....this bank needs bettter management ..
