Goodwill is a decent place, though it has become more corporate in recent years. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean. While some customers may not find what they're looking for, the staff is willing to suggest other thrift stores. Overall, Goodwill offers reasonably priced, high-quality items, making it a recommended destination for shoppers.
Was at goodwill in plainview tx and shopping was good The prices good But now the problem is the employees They do not put the customer first they will leave the customer during checking / cashing them out And do whatever they want!!

It’s a decent place but has become very corporate over the last few years. I’d rather support Salvation Army. Employees are always friendly.

The customer service is awesome. Very clean store. Everything is at a reasonable price. They are so friendly.
