I have four grandkids I was going to buy shoes for but they did not honor the tax-free weekend because one pair of shoes cost over $100 I've never heard of that. The young girl that helped us was rude. So we only purchased a pair of 110 shoes for $119 and we left next door and spent $300 shoes for $300 tax free.. Thank you Shoe Sensation We will be back I only have 11 more grandkids to buy for..

The last 2 times I have gone in I have a total of 5 employees on the clock. I can’t say working because they were either talking and ignoring the customers or staring at their phones. 3 employees ignored us a bit over a month ago and this past weekend 2 employees ignored us. Needless to say they have lost sales from us the past 2 times and we will not be going back. Plainview needs a new sporting goods store if this is acceptable customer service from the Hibbett franchise.

The assistant manager Seth is very unprofessionaI I bought some me Nike slides an hour n his shift and I tried to exchange them on his shift while the last shift worker who did my transaction was standing right behind him and verified I just left and Seth proceeded to be condescending and very rude,very unprofessionaI when i.wanted to.exchange the small size I bought for a larger size .mind
you thus wasn't even an hour from my initial transaction.

Y’all need to train the employees how to use Klarna. They didn’t even bother on trying to check out with Klarna even if I asked them to. Remember it’s always customer satisfaction in order for them to come back for other purchases
