I’m disappointed in this place. They keep going up on me every 6 months or less. Every time I go out there, it’s filthy. I have called many times about the matter, I never get a call back and nobody answers the phone.

I was a loyal 10-year customer but they were too lazy to fix their security gate, so they either kept it open or lock it shut.
My rented unit was not available outside of their limited office hours. They blocked access to all units when office manager was not personally on-site.
Many times I was locked out of the facility without access to my stuff,l, so I decided to move-out. Then their broken gate made me unable to clear out before end of my lease, so they charged me for another month after they said they would work with me.
You can not trust them!!!
I tried to resolve the issue with multiple calls/emails both locally and corporate, but the result was just empty promises and disappointing lip service.

Bought 2 units at their auctions. I got them cheap.then I got an email that both sales had been voided. I called them and they said it was lockerfox that voided the sale and hung up on me.i called lockerfox they said it was the facility. I called back and asked why again. The person was very rude and said she didn't know
I asked for the district managers number was told I could not have it and was hung up on again.seems like someone's hiding something
