“I sent my 83 year old Dad to the store, needed a phone ASAP before the bad weather hit. Channing & Jay gave my Dad the VIP service. I'm in Dallas, unable to help and my Dad needed a phone ASAP due to his phone being damaged. My Dad was taking care of like family. Channing and Jay helped set up his iphone, added a case and screen protector. The VIP service my dad got was a warm welcome.
