Pak Mail offers great and helpful service. The staff is kind, friendly, fast, and quick, making for an easy time mailing things. They are affordable and go above and beyond, handling packages, letters, Amazon returns, and notary services. Customers are treated with respect and packages reach their destination in great, undamaged condition. The service is consistently reliable, creating one of the brightest moments of the day for many. While usually efficient, allowing customers to be in and out in minutes, there can be occasional internal discord witnessed by clients. Overall, it is considered an awesome place and a great package mailbox for all mailing needs.
Pak Mail, Plainview is wonderful. Alex always greets with a smile and is wonderful to work with. We ship a lot because we're a bike shop and Pak Mail always handles our shipments with care and efficiency.

I was in and out, this location has great customer service. They Ship Fed Ex, UPS and they’ll do Amazon Returns for you.
