I’ve been a member with planet fitness for 4 years and had their black card membership. I didn’t go for a whole year but still paid my fees. They decided to go up in their late fees to $20. I missed my payment by 2 days and all they could say was it’s above their heads. I told them I was going to cancel my membership and they said I could go on line or in person. They didn’t even try to help change my mind or do anything to get me to stay.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stopped by this gym—it was one of the closest in the area, and we’re so glad we came! Kisha was incredibly helpful and welcoming, taking the time to assist us with guest passes and making sure we felt at home. The gym was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a great workout. Definitely coming back whenever we’re in the area!

Clean great non judgmental environment definitely a good place and the front desk was very accommodating Josiah definitely went out of his way to explain how equipment is used and made some great recommendations

Plainview Planet fitness is a great place to work out! There are plenty of machines available, the place is kept very clean and the staff is always willing to answer any questions that I have.

The front desk staff is very attentive, kind and greets their guests with a smile. They frequently do walk arounds to access the gym to ensure it is kept clean and all gym equipment is functioning properly. This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. Great job, Plainview PF.
