Hotel was in a state of disrepair and was very costly for the quality of the accommodations. Staff were friendly but it was a big disappointment.

The staff was very friendly. The property was nice and clean and the rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and the front desk was helpful and professional.

The newly renovated rooms are so nice. I’m glad to see my hometown continuing to grow. The staff was very welcoming from management to the housekeepers definitely coming back to see the finished results.

Would give this more like a 4.5 if I could! Stay here anytime I'm visiting family and was surprised by the renovations! Rooms look so great now! The only thing to keep in mind is that the shower wasn't the best as the water pressure was kind of weak, and there was no grip on the inside of the tub, so it was very slippery. We ended up using one of the towels as a make shift "shower mat," and that helped a lot! Staff is super friendly, and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend staying here.
Side note: The pool looked like it was out of order and not functioning during our stay. And if you stay out late, be ready to park far from your room because all the spots get taken up from the club/bar place that is in the same building.

Nice, clean room! Stayed here during a thunderstorm that knocked out the power for a few hours in the whole area! Despite that, the staff was very friendly. Had some funny chats with a couple of the truck drivers that were also staying.

This place is a rip off!! They over charge rooms are barely getting renovated & honestly it's sad that their own employees write their reviews & have new employees write up reviews!! To me that's just sad plus the owner loves to hire people for jobs but never follows through with paying the amount he said he was

Safety: No safety doors aren't secure doors are weak
Walkability: When it snows your on your own several people fell on ice before they finally put salt down to fix the problem

Location is really great close to all fast food restaurants and shopping centers it is in walking distance to some bars to have a few good drinks the service is excellent we were helped out with getting a good room the housekeeping was very excellent on top of all this would definitely recommend staying here on your trips.
