Excuse my language but this place is trash and over priced on shoes that aren't in. Sold me warranty but never gave me not told me how the warranty actually worked. I hope they get shut down as well. Do not buy warranty nor recommend shopping there anymore.

Shopping for a pair of black sandals & went to 3 different stores. Shoe Sensation was the only store that had my size & they only had 1 pair in my size.

Place is a big and tall store, all the the shoe sizes would fit a gigantor person. 10 and up and it was very hard to find the right size for me and my wife. Just go to shoe Dept. If you want to find your size shoe go anywhere but there at shoe sensation. I know not everyone in this town have big foot size feet. Owner needs to order normal shoe sizes. Please!!?!
