Extremely appreciative of the mechanic that helped my sister. She went to 2 other places looking for help with a gas cap problem and was turned away both times. She found this place, (she lives 30 minutes away and doesn’t know Plainview), went in and told him her issue. This man goes out to her car, does the simplest thing and fixes her issue just like that. He also found her the part she needed, where she was able to purchase it and sent her on her way. I thank you sir, almost had to leave Amarillo to go help her.

Excellent service on the cv axle joints, and brakes and rotors! I love businesses like these that are down to earth people! Best mechanics in Plainview! Honest hardworking people that left me appreciating the hard work put into getting me back on the road!

Took my truck in for an alignment, they said ball joints were bad, which was suspicious because i had just replaced them 1500 miles earlier. So I have them and my tie rods replaced anyways to be safe. I pick the truck up and they didnt install any of the grease zerks on the tie rods or the ball joints. I take it back to them and they get most of the zerks installed. On passenger side lower ball joint they must have stripped the threads because they tack welded that one on. Extremely unsatisfied and will never let them touch my truck again. Going back to doing everything myself.

My cousin had taken there car over a month ago. They bought it a month prior. They are paying over 400 a month plus insurance at 200. They are paying over 600 while it remains unfixed, with plenty of excuses. The day we went to check on their vehicle there were soooo many other cars there... also waiting to be fixed.
