One of the nastiest bathrooms Ive been in. No paper towels. Toilets are low riders and no handles to help sit down. Mention the bathroom needs attention and neither paper towel dispenser worked and the 4 people joking around and yelling and whatever don’t really pay any attention to it. And the felix working says I get go it when I get to it. The sink and the floor are a showing when he gets to anything.
Didn’t try the food because the counter around the food area was a mess

Definitely good prices on drinks and other things but over priced beef jerky passed as bbq is crazy no offense to the ppl trying to collaborate I’m just being honest noodles over Cooked and smoked jerky is what I was served to go hurt my pocket and taste buds

$4 more for the same amt of beer. They bbq is outrageously expensive- it’s a gas station. I give the people that greet you as half stars. You can tell they hate their jobs, but are trying.

Sales girl very rude. Bad attitude. Just spent 400.00 dollars on fuel and can't get a shower. Place is clean but attitude is everything so I will spend my money across the street at cefco. Fuel is at least cheaper over there

I like the family oriented vibe that’s there in Plainview Texas . To the Manager Crystal and employee Alex . Alex , everytime I go in your always doing something constructive with the coffee and I’d like to recognize your actions that bring joy to my heart bro. First time for me stopping here. Very clean, super nice employees, BBQ is reasonably priced and really tasty. Enough room for about 30 trucks to park. Showers looked new and clean. I will be back.

4 a.m. all 4 coffee servers empty, and one brewer machine down. 2 people on duty. They seemed really unconcerned about it. It's a truck stop coffee is vital.

Really Nice and Clean! Parking for probably about 40 Trucks, Very Nice & Spacious Restrooms, Good Brisket @ Mitch's(Tacos were DELICIOUS & Pileup was good too), Other Hot Food???NICE BUSINESS!!

I love this store it's the only tootntotum here in Plainview I live 20min away from tootntotum Iam 75 years old and I pass multiple gas stations they have great customer service the guest service is amazing if there is a problem the manager she is an amazing person I have watched her help so many people and she is concerned on how the way her store is ran me and my family will continue to drive 20 min to toot'n totum just because of the service Thank y'all for everything you do !! They don't see us as just customers they bring us in as family!! And they have the best clean fountain area in town.

Anything short of a new manager would be a complete waste of time. Bran new store begging to break a record on how fast a store can go belly up. Really sad. ?

Good truck stop. Decent, super easy truck parking. Close to starbucks, shopping, grocery, & fast foods. Fancy bathrooms. Good cashiers.
