I will never shop here again. After ordering a 6 piece porter cable tool set from them and not receiving it, my claim was denied. Customer service response was for me to dispute with my bank. Send me down a rabbit hole that I will never be able to get the money or product. Being I just purchased a home for my family and needing work done to move in, I will never be able to get the time back waiting for all this. In reality I just want the product or my money back so I can get my family in their home. As a hard working father of two and a volunteer firefighter I’m saddened by them not caring about the customer. They just want to throw the ball in someone else’s court. Won’t get my business or anybody I come in contact with.

Purchased a carry on utility trailer June 2, 2023, store said they would mail me the title. I had to call to ask where title was 2 weeks after purchase, and apparently they were just holding it. Finally received it a week after that, took it to get it registered, to be told by Registrar that this trailer showed it had been registered under someone else's name in the past. Registrar called Tractor Supply, they gave no answers. Tractor Supply then told me they would order a new VIN tag and title and get it to me asap. Today, August 2, 2023, I called Tractor Supply again, only to be told they had the items and they were sitting in the managers office. They are supposed to be mailing them to me, but needless to say, I will not be using this store in Plainview, TX (Store number 1132) again! Not sure when I will actually get the documents, so I may be returning the trailer to them!

I love Tractor Supply I always get my stuff there yes it's a little bit pricey but the customer service is amazing
