Does not hold mail I’ve asked for my mail to be held but they just send it. when you call no one answers and if they do they leave you on hold then hang up

This post office I never had problems till two yrs ago A package was delivered to the wrong address. The carrier said it was the same name same number on the house but different address. It took a while to find out where our package was and then the person that did have a package. She was very nice cause we did have to get cops involved. It’s very disappointing when you have to do that now I have a package that’s supposed to be delivered, but I haven’t seen it yet. My sister told me it took two days if she lives in kress to get her mail so I don’t know what’s going on at the post office but we’ll see if the package actually shows up today if not, I’ll be calling them because they said it was supposed to be in the bin. Some people say it’s shortage. I have no idea I know since I’ve lived in Plainview this post office is very different than other places I live and not once do they forget my mail or put my packages in somebody else’s it’s kind of crazy here it’s sad because they expect us to get a PO Box when actually it’s their mistakes

Won’t redeliver my certified mail after I’ve scheduled a redelivery. Instead, they just put the *exact* *same* “sorry we missed you” notice back in my mailbox with no explanation. I work nights, 12 hour shifts, and I am sleeping when the post office is open, as well as when they deliver mail to my mailbox. I can’t go to the post office to pick it up.

Does not even try to see if someone is home for a package that requires a signature. The "Sorry We Missed You" slip was filled out before they got out of the truck. They didn't even try to ring the doorbell. Just placed the slip in the mailbox and left. I have it all recorded on my homes security cam.

They had delivered my package to the wrong address but luckily they tracked it down and found the address it was delivered to! So I’m super happy! In was in the mail this morning ?

Post office delivery lady ...just leaves packages on side walk rather getting out too walk too the door step put away package ...that good way lose someone items ..
