Garbage customer service. over an hour on hold and never get anyone. Site chat and texting support never respond. Tech literally sat in my driveway with me staring at him through my window to then close my support case saying im not home. Optimum is hot garbage and still moderately better

So I had called vexus on a Friday letting them know that since Thursday I didn't have service that the line from the back alley to my house wasn't connected anymore so they said they couldn't do anything until Monday from 12 to 2pm so I left work early to be there because I live in different city. Well they never showed, so I call again later on Monday and ask what happened the girl said that the person I talked to scheduled me in July and that they will see what they can do just send someone at a random time they will call me I said I need a time she said well the girl tells me she scheduled May 6th next then I'm like it's May already. The girl then goes I mean June 6th so I already know they were full of shit. And if they don't make it again tomorrow

MISS SONIA was very friendly and educated about how the fiber internet works. I enjoyed our conversation. I like that they get a technician out asap. I've enjoyed this company for my internet services. Miss Kim and April are awesome.

I have had Vexus for over 2 years and am very, very satsfied with their service. I've had no internal problems at all. And the few times there have been outages they have worked dilgently to get them fixed in a timely manner. So much better than my previous Internet provider.
