I received absolutely the best service at this shop. I needed a tire and it was not one most places carry. They got it for me super fast and it took no time at all to take off the spare and put on the new tire. I'm going here for my next oil change or other service. Thank you Dave Boswell and crew!

The owner of this place is as bad or worse than the reviews that have already been left. I have experienced and witnessed several instances of unprofessional rudeness and greediness from the owner. The main "behind the counter" man however, has always been as pleasant and helpful as anyone could want. I have not experienced issues with the work, but I'm not a mechanic so how would I know? Also, mention should be made that despite the giant Goodyear logos on the building, this is not a Goodyear store, but an independent shop.

We had received 3 contradictory recommendations on my son's car. I took the car here and feel like I got a honest recommendation and it was the least expensive as well. I want what everyone wants- for people to be honest. Dave at the shop was so nice to work with.

Worst experience at this Goodyear location ever. The Manager Greg, is egotistical and apparently never learned how to be a respectful and professional business owner. I don’t like to leave bad reviews ever, but it’s unfortunate the Manager was so rude I’m compelled to leave a warning ⚠️ May wanna look elsewhere for tire repair.

Took two separate vehicles here recently for two separate jobs. The first job was for front, brakes and rotors, along with an oil change. They were very competitively priced, their service was great, and they were extremely responsive and forthcoming with information. On a second occasion, I brought in a separate vehicle, and met with Dave. Took care of me rather quick, was informative, and he did a great job. I highly recommend this business.

I used to do business with Greg and Gary. However, the service quality and prices have changed quite a bit. Used to be considered a valued customer, now they charge $35 to put in a light bulb I brought in. Tried to charge me to patch a tire that was under warranty. The last time I got an oil change their tech forgot to put fluids in my car once filters were replaced. They are no longer in the National Tire warranty system. Just no longer worth my frustration.

Would not recommend going to this location. Customer beware the owner does not honor the good year tire warranty.Along with being rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. (Just to clarify I produced the warranty paperwork)

This place has remained under the same management for the past 15+ years. Although a partner with Goodyear Service Centers, 15th & Custer still offers that "neighbord mechanic" feel, where the customer is 1st: a neighbor and 2nd: a repeat customer.Same excellent, thorough attention to detail & quality without overselling.

Took my F-450 to them for rear brakes and front end work. Now, 18,000 miles later. My brakes are metal on metal. Some of the front end parts they replaced have either fallen off or gone bad. Yes, you read right, fallen off. I called them in regard to the problems. They said their warranty is one year and 12,000 miles. They also asserted that I must have a caliper that is hung up (froze). First off I would have been smelling brakes burning. Second I have never had properly lubed calipers hang up after 18,000 miles. I understand you can't warranty work forever. But I thought considering the extreme conditions. They might work with me. Nothing on the front end should fall off after 18,000 miles. Rear brakes should not be bad after 18,000. Bad things happen. But how you handle them separates the good shops from the bad ones. I won't be going back. I will just eat the cost. ThanksServices: Steering & suspension repair
